Choose editor memories and glossaries
Choose personal and organization-shared libraries to search, set their priority and select a separate personal or writable team save destination.
Open Editor resources in either editor. Settings belong to you for this document. Another reviewer has independent settings and sees their own libraries. These choices apply to editor suggestions, exact-memory reuse during retranslation and approved translations saved to TM. They do not restart the original document translation.
Choose libraries to search
Search all my libraries is the default. Uncheck it to choose memories or same-language-pair glossaries. Move selections up or down to set their priority. Equal-score memory matches follow this order. Selecting no libraries turns those library suggestions off. A deleted selection does not silently switch the search back to all libraries.
Select team resources
Business and Enterprise members can explicitly select resources shared in their organization. A filtered label means a share covers only the configured language or domain subset. These resources supply editor suggestions, analysis coverage and approved, unambiguous exact TM reuse during retranslation. Personal memories rank before team memories on equal scores; team selections follow their displayed order. The resource owner and reader must still belong to that organization. Removing membership or the share removes future lookup access. Sharing a project alone does not grant team-library access.
Set the match threshold
Minimum memory match controls which fuzzy suggestions are shown, from 30 to 100 percent. It does not make a fuzzy result eligible for automatic translation reuse. Automatic exact reuse requires an approved, unambiguous match; conflicting translations remain alternatives for review.
Choose where approved translations go
Select your active memory, the default memory, a named memory, a writable named team memory, or Do not save to translation memory. Team writes require both a Read & write share and organization editing permission. This write destination is independent of the memories you search. Account and document TM switches still apply. Named memory management is available with Business and Enterprise.
Save the configuration
Save resources first saves pending editor work, then refreshes the editor with your choices. In view-only mode, changing your private resource preferences does not grant editing permission.
The glossary snapshot supplied with the original translation is shown separately from your current libraries. Selecting a different glossary here does not rewrite the earlier translation or prove which term caused a model response. Use the selected-segment alternatives and preview controls to review a proposed change before applying it. Sharing a document does not share a whole TM or glossary.
Looking up a team suggestion does not edit its library. Approved translations use your separate write destination, which can be personal or a writable named team memory. Use Shared entry and history to explicitly update a team entry or keep a new alternative. The private filename that originally produced another member’s TM entry is not displayed. Revoking access stops future retrieval; it does not erase wording you already saved into a document.
