Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026 · These terms explain the conditions for using DeepReference.

Acceptance

By accessing or using DeepReference, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Service

DeepReference provides text translation, document translation, translation editing, glossary management, terminology extraction, revision comparison, and translation memory features.

Your content

You retain ownership of documents, glossaries, memories, and translations you upload or create. You grant DeepReference a limited right to process that content only to provide the service and related support.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for account credentials, lawful use of the service, and reviewing translated output before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions.

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the checkout terms. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care, but no automated translation system is perfect. To the extent allowed by law, DeepReference is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
