Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · DeepReference uses essential cookies and optional preference storage.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar browser storage keep small pieces of data on your device. They can keep you logged in, protect sessions, and remember choices.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for authentication, session security, CSRF protection, and secure access to the translation workspace. They cannot be disabled from the cookie banner.
Preference storage
If enabled, preference storage remembers language, theme, source and target languages, domain, tone, translation mode, and workspace choices.
No advertising cookies
DeepReference does not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioural tracking cookies.
Marketing is email, not cookies
Our marketing communications (newsletter, product news, and blog updates) are email-based and opt-in. They do not rely on advertising or tracking cookies, and opting in does not place any cookie on your device. Manage email marketing separately on the Communications page or in account settings.
Changing your choice
You can reopen cookie settings from the footer or this page. Essential cookies remain required for login and security.
