Organize a multi-file review

Group existing documents by client, track approval progress and assign a reviewer across selected files.

Translator Pro, Business and Enterprise customers can open Projects from Recent documents or All documents. A project groups existing DOCX and PDF files without duplicating their stored content.

1

Create a project

Enter a project name, an optional client, review instructions and a deadline. Dates are entered and displayed in your local timezone.

2

Add existing documents

Search your files and select those to include. Each file shows translation status and the number of reviewable segments approved. Protected PDF text and structural markers are excluded from the review total. Use the filename or Open menu to continue reviewing or download available output.

3

Assign a review

Choose Assign review, select files from the current page, enter a reviewer email and handover message, then choose view-only or editing access. The project instructions help you plan; include the instructions the recipient needs in the handover message. A review deadline is a reminder; an access expiry removes access. Each file retains its own invitation, editing lease and history. An ineligible selection is rejected as a whole rather than partially shared.

4

Archive or remove a file

Archive finished projects to keep the active list focused. Unarchive before adding files or assigning reviews. Removing a file from a project does not delete it or revoke its existing sharing permissions. Revoke access through that file’s Share project controls.

The project overview is private to its owner. Reviewers receive the selected files in Shared with me, not access to the owner’s full document list or personal libraries. Only files selected in an assignment are shared; files added later need a new assignment. Reviewers need a verified Translator Pro or higher account to open shared work. Sender responses do not disclose the recipient’s account or plan.
