Editors
Comments, history and review
Add segment comments, inspect saved versions, and restore an earlier target text during team review.
On Business and Enterprise plans, every segment in the editors carries its own comment thread and its own edit history. A reviewer can flag a segment ("client prefers *Vertrag* over *Kontrakt* here"), the translator addresses it, and if an edit goes wrong, any earlier version is one click away, all without leaving the editor or losing the connection between the discussion and the text.
Comments
Select a segment and open comments
The comments section lives in the editor side panel for the selected segment.
Write, resolve, or delete
Add a comment for the next person, mark existing ones resolved once handled, or remove your own. Every comment shows its author.
Segment history and revert
Every saved change to a segment creates a version: who wrote it, what it said, and an optional note. Select a segment and the History panel lists its versions, newest first. Revert restores any earlier version as the current text (which itself becomes a new version, so nothing is ever lost). This is your track changes: when two people touch the same document, the history answers "what changed, and who changed it" without leaving the editor.
Keep the discussion with the segment
A comment attached to a segment remains beside the source and target text it refers to. History records the saved versions separately. This gives a reviewer context for the discussion and lets the team restore an earlier target without reconstructing it from email or exported spreadsheets.
