Exporting your work

Download the latest saved translation, choose other available formats and inspect the rebuilt document before delivery.

Click Export in either editor to download the latest translation in the original file format. DeepReference saves pending edits, rebuilds the document, then starts the download. The button shows Preparing while this happens. Export becomes available when the translation finishes.

Export options

ExportWhat you get
Translated documentThe rebuilt output uses supported source structure, styles and images with the latest saved translations. Check complex layouts and pagination in the downloaded file.
Plain textJust the translated text, for pasting into other systems.
OriginalYour uploaded source file, back unchanged.
Redline and change summaryProduced by revision comparison, not here: a tracked-changes DOCX, the revised DOCX, and the change list as CSV.

Use the small arrow beside Export for additional formats such as plain text. Suggested alternatives are included only after you accept them. Pending edits saved during export remain drafts for review.

Export uses the current segment text

A document export uses the stored structure and latest saved target text. If saving or rebuilding fails, the editor displays the error and stops the download. Inspect the downloaded file in its usual application, particularly for complex layouts.
